That would definitely explain the droop. I still think 200ml isn't enough. Visualize the root mass. You want that to all be wet, with a little extra for growth. If you only water x amount of space...x amount of space will be filled with roots. That girl, imo, needs no less than 500ml. I would give a full liter though. It will stunt her, underwatering.

When you tie them down like that, try to tie as far to the top as possible. If you pull her from there, it could cause more stress on roots. Let me grab a pic to shown you an example buddy. Brb
About the bending I probably already stressed the roots out by bending the stem flat around day 10
That twist tie is still there supported by one more I've been keeping it bent diagonally the whole grow so there's barely any tension on that tie attached to the smart pot. I am going to tie it down like in your above picture for my next training though
