They have (the bars) a plastic covering of sorts wrapped around them that transfers a bit of light up the sides from certain angles. I'm sorry, English isn't my first languageMost lights u don’t see the diodes looking down on the fixture! I shouldn’t be able to map out what color your diodes are from a top view!
