oh sorry, no. there were two laws passed: the KCanG and the MedCanG.

The Consume of cannabis for people over the age of 18 was legalized for funsies. The law translates to ConsumeCannabisLaw.
So you can get your weed in a few different ways:

You can grow it yourself, up to three plants per person per household. you can carry around max 25g (little under an ounce i think) on the street. You can smoke everywhere except near schools, playgrounds, a few other things i don't know the english name of :D

You can join a CSC CannabisSocialClub wich is more of a growers club than what you know from spain or the like. You can also get seeds and cuttings from the CSCs. And of course weed if you're a member.

Prescription, bad sleep, high stress, ibs? Sure, take some. The run on the pharmacies was insane man. but even more extreme was the run on the grow shops. easily 8% of germans bought themselves into this hobby, basically flattened the european supply lines for grow equipment and seeds for the past month :D

This is gonna be a green summer in the old D.E.
