After walking through the store twice I decided on a Chef Salad for dinner. If it wasn't so hot I would have gone for fried chicken wings because that crispy skin last night was so good. Eggs are boiling chilling, need to make my ranch dressing. The original Ranch either has Milk or Buttermilk from cows and I cannot have that. I worked a long time on this recipe and think it is very good.

I could get a bunk bed and take out the bottom bunk and enclose it and then stuff a few plants in there!

I use some stuff called “yum yum seasoning” from Amazon….. it’s white pepper, wok roasted salt, and msg….. lives up to its name….
