Shock horror.... This soil chucker might be chucking his trowel in for the summer...
The Fungus gnats got me down and killed so many good beans before they got going and hurt my yields on the ones that fought through. The tent is literally running for my solo and a stunted whiskey Zulu atm.. Its a sad place
However I'm gonna run my Dutch passion grow n show in a 4 pot RDWC set up under a new light if things go to plan...

Them fungus knat bastards, they sound like a nightmare, are they attracted to organic mix soil more? Than regular soil.

They love the cheap stuff with bits n lumps of bark etc.. I think it comes pre loaded with Gnat larvae to be honest... I was gonna give tropic bat mix ago.. Because I love the guanokalong bat powder... I'll be using the guanokalong extract in the hydro.. Because I swear its the bat poo that that gives my soil grows the smell and flavour.. I gave a couple of my experienced and fussy weed mates some cosmic bomb and apart from sitting em on their arse, it left em saying bloody hell this shit tastes amazing. So Im gonna miss soil for that

I think you should, get a bag of plagron and some ammendments and get rocking with the soil grows again, you were smashing it there too.
Maybe you got preloaded larva soil.
You could cook it to kill everything or get some demascus earth,
Or even bottom water?
Definitely want to see a load of pots with soil @RustyStarbuck72 keeeperlit man your grows are awesome

About the fungus gnats, I found using cloth/fabric pots helped, because they can't get in the bottom holes like regular pots.
And using 'mosquito bits' -- mixing some in the soil/medium itself, and some in the water (soak a little bit).
And keep the top dry, bottom watering sure helps for that.
Really knocked them right back, to the point of effective elimination.
(Not going to say I didn't have a single one, but they were definitely no longer a problem.)
I used to get fungus gnats a lot, because of climate with average about 70% RH, up to 80%+ regularly.
