New Grower To Auto Or Not To Auto? Stitch Blueberries -- let's see!

Cheers bro, I'll look at them tonight.

I know pop, it would be a shame but I'm holding two excellent photos for my buddy who needs his CBD meds; he rents and occasionally needs to move addresses if things get too sticky for him. He's lost a few good strains that way so I'm the hold-'em guy (he shares lotsa buds with me each harvest so I don't mind doing it). Got a CBD Critical Mass and a White Ice (I think, or is it a Black Russian?) that he has settled on after years of stuffing around with dozens of strains. If I switch to 12/12 we got nowhere to put them -- and I don't wanna sacrifice outstanding photos for questionable 'autos'.
:bump:

Go gorilla with them bitches n throw 'em outside! Scout out a spot n let the great outdoors do some of the work :smoke:

I'll tell ya, three months later here and I'd do it 'cause I've wanted to try an outdoor gig, but it's the middle of winter! Dawn temps at 4 Celsius (39 Fahrenheit) to 14 Celsius (57 Fahrenheit). Don't reckon they could stand that... ?

I don't know which scenario is best for you, here are some possibilities.
If they are supposed to start flowering at this stage, they are probably superautos, which could be a problem in your situation. They grow really big and take long to finish. Not easy to grow indoors.
If they don't flower and are photos then you could keep them in, make clones and have a huge outdoor run when spring comes:twist: Guerrilla action:)

Those Ryders finish early, so if the blueberries are super autos, and actually do flower under 20/4, I can supercrop the shit out of them (had lotsa practice) and jam them into the space the Ryders will leave when they finish. Problem is, if those Onyx get big as they do for some of the grows on these forums It'll be like getting an elephant into a condom in my cab!! Don't think I can hang on to clones till the weather warms again -- wanna run TD again after this! Man what I couldn't do with a little more space....

That ripped a good laugh right outta me! :crying:

47 days...and I dunno, you know?

Howdy folks,

I'll start this update with what I know:

I know those Onyx are at 14 days and looking about right -- healthy and happy.

I know those Different Ryders are at 31 days and flowering strong. They're typically healthy (not a blemish on them) and set bud much earlier than the last example I grew; they're also about half the bloody size (can't win 'em all I suppose).

I don't bloody know what those Blueberries are doing. Cut the EC back to 1.0 and pH is steady at 6.1 but that damn Cal/Mg def is still hanging around, dunno what to make of it and it's sure giving me the almighty shits!! Now, does that queer little bunching of shoots at the nodes and growing tips mean budset or what...?! Never seen the like of it all the photos I've grown over those decades past. Vertical seems to have stalled. These things actually going into flower or just teasin'?

Way it looks now, Ryders will finish first, then (if they actually are getting on with it) the Blueberries, and finally the Onyx should fill the tent. Or I got a bunch of bogus autos -- again!! Dunno, what y'all reckon? Keep 'em in or rip the bitches out??!!

If it were me, I'd let 'em ride, but you have certain circumstances that might not allow that to be an option for you. That's one you might have to answer for yourself, bro.

I'm askin' myself: am I more pissed right now than I am curious? That interesting nodal formation could be some kinda budset. Seeing as the Ryders have dwarfed and I can afford the space -- I'll "let 'em ride!" Ya just never know....

That's what I'm talking' about, South Syder! Let them bitches ride! Like you said, "Ya just never know..."

Psssst......guess what...?

Don't wanna be premature or anything here folks, but...I think one of them Blueberries is, you know, kinda starting to flower -- looks like she's trying to push some buds out. Nodes and tips are showing some pistils amid the growing shoots and that's near enough to budset, I suppose. I'll wait another few days and put up some pics, see if we get any joy here-- I tell ya, these'll be latest phenos ever from a regular auto if they do actually flower up. AAaaarrgh! In the words of the Diceman, "They're tearin' me apaaart!"
