I know bro, gettin' that way myself. I figure if by the time the Different Ryders and the Onyx start to take over the tent if the blueberries haven't hit budset I'll pitch 'em. That gives 'em about another week or two to get on with it. Fair is fair but I ain't wastin' another run on bogus autos!

On another note -- being sick of ugly lookin' plants -- I looked at my notes and it turns out I've used the coco the blueberries are in twice before (yeah I know, I know, but it works for me, okay?). I try not to use it more than twice -- no, I'm not cheap. I find the pH stays stable best on the second run with any batch of coco. Anyhow, I've increased the EC to 1.4 and the pH to 6.1 and the Cal/Mag issue seems to have stopped. Phew!

I was gonna wait till I got the GrowSuns in there this weekend but my bud is so unreliable I'm likely to end up waiting even longer (unless my son gets back from holiday in the next few days). I'll get some pics up tomorrow bro, but, still waitin' on them blueberries to do somethin' -- hate the suspense, sheesh!

How Many Medicated Imbeciles Does It Take To Put Up A GrowSun?

Howdy Folks,

So I dragged my procrastinating buddy off his sofa, and we spent the afternoon much like monkeys f-cking a a football! GrowSun has a weird mounting set up; you can see on the first two pics how much height I was giving up in a tent at only 41 inches. The local hardware guy showed us how to shorten the cable (ever been talked to like you're 'special?' -- and we deserved it). Third pic shows much better installation, but still giving up some inches.

Okay, I was mad to order two of these things! My bud, the greedy pig, got a boner for the spare and bought it off me -- and I still have waaaay heaps of light in there...and it's a different kinda color, more on the blue end, and if you compare older TopLed pics you'll clearly see the difference. Pics look more natural too. Kept one of the TopLed units in there also so -- it's blast off!

Defoliated blueberry is shooting along and the Cal/Mag is almost stopped, just some old stuff lingering. The other less affected and just a little hanging on. Still no budset and they're on day 37!!

Different Ryders are both girls at day 21!! Onyxes are kicking on at day 5, and that queer little Short Stuff White Moscow is about and inch and a half high and budding hard, the premature little bastard!

What light cycle are you using?
If they don't flower by 30 days, hit em with 12/12 so you don't run dry.
You should definitely know within 30 days whether they're auto's or not.

Not entirely true, my pez autos can go as long as 40 days before showing sex if on full strength veg nutes and 24 hrs light. I say 40 days and you know IMHO

Now that you mention it, I checked my TD grow and, yeah, they started rockin' around day forty-two so I'll hold my breath another week or so.

40 days...waitin'....waitin'.....

Still watching, still waiting...40 days, think I can see some preflowers on them blueberries, I think...? Defoliated plant is shooting laterals (think defoliation helped 'cause she didn't want to put them out before), and she and her sister are resisting the Cal/Mg issue but are starting to show I'm running 'em too hot (1.6 EC). I'll back off for a few days.

Different Ryders are at day 24 and started to kick; showing strong pistils and, curiously, may be verging budset, though the last one I finished turned at day 32 and finished just shy of 75 days.

Onyxes are potted up at day 7 and going by some of the grows I've seen on this site they tend to get big so I gave them generous pots, considering my little tent. Those things behind them are photos I'm still holding for my bud (mooaannn!) a CBD Critical Mass (very fine variety, very old school highs) and a White Ice (dunno anything about that one).
