Yes,

There are parts where I see clear trichomes also, but this is logic if she is pushing new pistils out.

That's exactly what I wanted to do Tomorrow I will get a small sample and we will see.

Also remember it may well continue to amber during the cure.

I agree with @blue above. The time is right from now onwards, so time for water only I reckon.
