So, the way moisture is drawn out of the bud, is from the outside in…. Meaning: you still have moisture in the stems and center of your buds that will get drawn out of your buds of the coming days and weeks. This is normal…. I would keep an eye on the moisture levels inside those bags, regardless of marketing information, and be prepared to leave the top open if the rh gets too high (high sixties and up is concerning in my book)…..

Damn good job my friend! Congrats on your first harvest. Can't wait to see what you grow next. Now that the moisture meter did it's job, you just need to grab a pack of these and stick one in the bag so you can monitor RH:

After a few days or so if the RH is lower than 58% - 62% you can get a pack of these and stick one in your bags to boost them to where they need to be. They are reusable and last quite awhile if you get these big ones, just got to put them in a bag when your done so it doesn't dry out.
