Indoor Nice Option's Garden of Intergalactic Delights

I actually have to ask what it is as it doesn’t look too familiar and I’m kind of new
Sorry, it's bubble hash that has been dried but not processed any further. This is the result from the 73 micron bag which is generally considered the highest grade. If it's good, it has a tendency to melt and liquify rather than burn. Hence my slightly wasteful attempt to dab it.
I used to produce all different grades but it's more work and I don't see the point so now I just use the 160 to filter out any plant material, then the 120, 73 and 25. Sometimes the 25 is better than the 73 but usually 73 is the one. A lot of people say the 120 is only good for cooking but i disagree. It's totally smokable and can add a really nice hashy flavour to a joint.
Different strains produce different types of hash but the results from the Strawberry Nuggets have been the best so far. Very oily and melty.

I always press it out after this stage so it doesn't oxidise too much and I'm convinced that pressing it gives it a better flavour too. Sometimes that can be a bit of work but with this one it pressed out with no heat other than the heat from my hands and took a couple of minutes.

Wow, really impressed with the bubble hash — it’s on my list to try at some point and that point is getting closer. What bags did you go with?

The 5 gallon Bubble Bag Dude set. It's well made, seems like it'll last a while and a very reasonable price. I'll probably get the washing machine at some point as doing it by hand is kind of a drag but I wanted to see if I liked it before splashing out. As you can probably tell, I do!

You might as well get the full set, but as I say I don't use all the bags anymore.

Well it's not really dabbable but holy heeeell is that some fudgey deliciousness. Super potent. Feels pretty different to the flower. Really energising. Super creative. Music is incredible. I'm SO STONED.

that’s my kinda Friday night :pass:

DAY 3

Both doing their thing. Not much to report but they seem to be pretty happy in their new home.

Fans went on today and the heater is off now as we seem to be having an unseasonably warm weekend. I'm sure it won't last!

Here's a pic of how the 73 bubble is when pressed:

Thanks @NiceOption I’ll bet it’s good stuff! So what makes a good plant for hash then? Lots of trichs? Greasy?

It's simply a process of freezing and extracting the trichomes really, so the more of them the better. I'm generally using pretty low quality product that I wouldn't deem smokable otherwise. If I wasn't making hash, it would be in the compost pile so this is a much better use of it. Of course the washed product will also make for good compost so it's a win-win.
