I have no idea about a mix, sorry!
I've never really understood the point of a mix to be honest. For me, the point of coco is that it's inert and can't be overwatered. Adding soil just seems to add variables to an easily controllable medium, but that's not to say it's not a good idea, just doesn't work for me. It'll keep things moist a bit longer though I guess. Whats the blend?

I'll be doing a full organics soil run in early new year, maybe even before, but mixing things up just makes my head spin!

Yes, as @Froot n Fuel says, they were a bit iffy unfortunately. Such a shame but I guess some people had some nice plants from them, haven't seen any though. Can't really complain about a freebie though I guess!

Yeah, I'm gonna have to pop over there tomorrow, I'm getting a bit wary of ordering things like that online now. I don't have a car though so it's a bit of drag picking up stuff like that. Luckily i live quite close to a well stocked store so I just load up with everything i need for the month and get a cab. Very tempting to just go to Amazon but now i've added the extra tent I'm trying to exercise a little more caution. It's easy to forget it's illegal sometimes and the last time they tried to deliver 2 bags of coco to my neighbour, luckily they got the right one, but if they got the wrong one, I might not be here now!

Which Meph beans did you pop? Hard to go wrong with them!

Ahh thats cool bro, was just a pondering thought!! I'll have to do some research. I have just find it useful starting seedlings that way being a beginner. i find i don't have

to add anything to tap water for the first three weeks, which saves me money on nutes and yeah you're right, less frequent watering... I think more the case of ease for

me. Which suits me ok because my work schedule is insane!

Excercise is always good brother! Doing the daily tasks in the grow room probably keep you fit aswell.

That sounds excellent! I want to do a photo experiment in organic living soil, i'm currently doing the research on it now and making a plan on how to feed etc. I think it

will take a little time but i want to enjoy it. Learning about soil symbiotics is a slow process because i really am a noob at growing, but it's all so fascinating.

I know buddy tell me about it, it can be quite tricky trying to stay under the radar. I find keeping everything to yourself helps massively, i just channel the weed chat

to AFN and one of my friends who grows similar to me. I don't really even tell people i smoke the good stuff. I say hello to my neighbours etc but that's it, i have no

need to socialise so keep anyone but family at arms length. haha.

X1 The goldilocks zone (Night Owl Seeds)

There is a little more space, theres an open bag of soil and i have lights coming out of my ears... so i may pop a few more this weekend... anything you wana see

in particular? I might try a couple of DEEZ NUGGS... but dont want it to be to similar to strawb nuggs,.. Maybe sweet n sour... or ill try and germinate ALL of the white

stompers left... theres 5 but the seeds look a bit meh. 3 BOG / white chem / Chem dogging / Double Grape / Northern cheese haze (not a fan) / 24k / AVT / Ripley OG

Gold Glue / Grapey Walter / Ghost toof... are also in the artillery so let me know if anything rocks ya fancy. I always wish theres a good journal on here when i'm

researching what to grow and if there isn't... well thats what the grow becomes about, so people don't have the same uncertainty i did lol.

Whatever works! There's no right or wrong way, everyones got a slightly different style, that's what keeps it interesting!

Yeah, research is key for organics! It's pretty confusing stuff, lots of different products doing similar things, it's hard to know where to start building it from. I'm pretty damn confused myself! There's some good podcasts out there with valuable info. I'll probably just buy a lot of things off the shelf tbh and then start making my own things when I get a better feel for it. Dragonfly Earth Medicine have some excellent products and good vibes, so most of my amendments will come from them I think.

Regarding the beans, you can't really go wrong. I've not tried enough to advise much but I can say Strawberry Nuggets is a remarkably small plant so watch out for height differences in there. It's got a pretty unique profile, I don't think Deez Nuggs will be too samey. SN is not my favourite strain to be honest, I ran a lot of it into bubble hash and I felt like it made better hash than flower but I probably messed up the grow a bit, everyone else seems to love it. Not a big yielder though so have reasonable expectations of her.

I'd imagine the Ghost Toof would be nice, a little more sativa in the mix might balance it out a bit. I find most of the Meph strains to be pretty heavy on the indica side, at least in effect if not genetics, they've all been pretty stoney but again, that might just be me, i think I chop a bit later than some other people. I find the medical effects are amplified by doing so but you do sacrifice some 'buzz' to get that.

By far my favourites from Meph were the Four Assed Monkey and the Ghost Stomper (freebie) If I were to do a proper auto tent again I'd probably just do 6 Four Assed Monkeys. They're also fairly small but the smoke is fantastic, lots of phenos to be found by the look of it too, which I suppose is a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it.

Don't be put off by dodgy looking seeds from Meph, they have a solid germ rate. Only had one non-starter from them and I was 100% my fault for storing it incorrectly.
