Good Morning AFN!!

A quick update, the girls are on Day 4 from sprout today. I kept one AvT in a clear cup to monitor root growth and this morning I see the roots have touched the bottom of the cup. This cup is a bit smaller than the others so now I know how long it takes for roots to grow and hopefully avoid stunting the plants from getting root bound. Time to prep for transplant to their 3 Gallon pots.

Sorry for the sideways pics, I’ll correct that on my next round of pics. You can still just see the roots in the pics hitting the side of the cup and at the bottom. There are more touching the bottom now than can be seen in pics.

Day 7 - I transplanted AvT from the small solo cup to a 3 gallon pot. I sprinkled mycorrhizae powder in the hole and plopped in the seedling.

The others have a little more room to grow in the solo cup so they will be transplanted tomorrow.

Good Morning AFN!!

DAY 8

The girls are all transplanted into 3Gallon fabric pots as of today. My oldest kids named the seedlings. I had labelled the cups as 4AM, AvT, Bubbly Livers, and GWK. So, they were renamed: Liam, ANT, Bubbs, and Gary. Don’t ask, I don’t have the answer why.

I had a whoopsie moment with GWK when the seedling coco broke apart in my hand during transplant. Hopefully “Gary” will bounce back.

Temps are holding steady at 23C and 55-65%RH.

Looking good! Nice layout in the tent. Looks clean (for now!). What strength of nutes did you prime with?
3/4 strength nutes, I fed them a couple of days ago with 3/4 nutes and no burn so i just primed with that. I’m planning ahead with a table inside the tent. I picked up a clean pallet to attach legs. The slats in the pallet should allow for airflow from the equipment underneath and up through the canopy. Height might be an issue with taller plants but I could always supercrop them if need be. Of course, this is provided that I can grow a plant to it’s full potential....

Will be interested to see this raised platform in action. Sounds like work to me and something else for me to knock over at some point which I'm sure I would do! And how you going to get good circulation with stats in the way of the fan and plants? If it was me, I'd just put fans on the floor and point them up in to the canopy.
