My guts were a mess in July after 2 weeks of antibiotics. It took a while to re-establish a healthy gut biome. The doctor recommended yogurt and over-the-counter probiotics, but the best thing I found is Kefir. It's a cultured milk drink, close cousin to yogurt. I found it in my discount supermarket for about $4 a quart.

@PinkyNotTheBrain Grab some Bubbies brand sauerkraut and pickles too! Always eat them and great for the gut biome. Think Man O Green has suggested that in the past as well. Not sure if they sell Stonyfield yogurt where you are, but they make an organic probiotic yogurt that I regularly eat that's good.
