Guess it could be worse….could be like Canada where they sell fuel by the liter not the gallon! And a liter there is about same cost as a gallon here! :yoinks::nono::crying:

Exactly the same as the UK and Europe then...we pay the same per liter as US pays per gallon..... :headbang:

Well, went in, cleared the hallway and put down fresh pads, did all the dishes and put em away. Sat down in the recliner and was catching up on my breathe and energy. Funny how I can get my breath slowed and caught up but gotta wait for my energy to catch back up. When I started getting the core shakes. Like when you have the flu and your sweating/shivering and shaking under the blanket.

Well work yet again manages to remove any desire to work hard at all. We used to have critical incentive pay to get coverage for open shifts. It was over $100/hr during covid, which was understandable and we knew that was temporary.

So it was reduced to $65, then $50, recently to $35, and less than a week later down to $10/hr.

No one signed up for empty shifts. It's now been reduced to a flat $20. Yeah, a whole single $20 bill to come in on a day off to work a "critically understaffed" shift. Short, hard, and no incentive anymore. Oh right no OT allowed either. Hahahaha

Y'all should get on the EV train with me and @Mañ'O'Green .

When people are complaining about gas prices I just ask "what is this guzzoline you speak of?"
But I can refuel in under 5 minutes.
