It appears that from the precipitation graphic that things could get quite wet in the slit and generally moist.

Ty @Mañ'O'Green for the rep I know this problem tooo well and Kudo's to you for the diagnosis. My current project has the same problem and I am still chasing it. It's an older motorcycle and I may have it as good as it get's ? When parts are hard to get and iffy compounds the issue. :coffee:

Thanks. Several parts for this truck are no longer made by the OEM and the after market stuff is mostly shit.

Nice find! I still use Boveda packs because I trust them, and I'm lazy. When I used to keep a humidor I found Boveda packs were the best way to maintain humidity if you didn't have the $$ for a really really nice humidor and automation. I semi understood what the chemistry was they used but not how they managed to regulate humidity with the membranes. I'm sure some micropuncture method and a machine mortals cannot replicate on the cheap.

I use Boost because it seems to add moisture faster. I almost always need to add water back in for overshooting to the dry side. I have not needed them with the process I am using now in the last 3 harvests.

Goretex?

They are dirt cheap when you consider that they are easily recharged. I am still using the first ones I ever bought, and even a few that came in dispensary weed. As long as they are not torn or punctured, they are good to go even if completely dried out.

I definitely recharge mine by soaking them in distilled or boiled water. Not sure if you do the same

Giggity...
