I need to up pot one my Haze cutting for the little 3 gal pot she's in now. The next size up is a 5 or 7 gal.

The girl is in a 3gal Rain Science bag and has been there for a couple months. I assume the roots are not root bound around the pot like hard plastic pot.
I guess the best method would be to make sure the pot is fully watered with the water fully absorbed and no longer moving thru the media.
Evenly squish the sides and the bottom
Support the plant and flip it upside down and try to push the bottom and move the material out a little at a time.

Easy said, I dunno about doing it. Would laying the pot on it's side on a table with the plant hanging over the side and slowly roll it while compressing be a good way to get it broke loose?

This will give me 6 3gal pots and an EarthBox in a 4x4.
you gonna need a friends hands. get next pot ready, one set of hands under, one set above...lift, flip, pull bag off, settle in to place in next pot.

I spotted this shroom as I was walking the 'hood this afternoon, practically yelling "eat me!" I had no idea what it is, so discretion got the better of me:

She won’t slip out of a grow bag like a hard pot. The reason it doesn’t feel root bound is because those bags cause the roots to “self prune”. Those roots will have undoubtedly grown into the soft pot. You might end up sacrificing the pot, splitting at the seams.
