Really nice weather in northern Michigan = Party on the patio I am going to cut into the pumpkin but it kinda looks like something wants out :yoinks:
Add some Pepper Jack & Bacon and I see a Popper in the making. Smart move brother. Powerfood for all that hard work

Up potting!
Input on this please!
shortcircuitcopy-1.jpg

I need to up pot one my Haze cutting for the little 3 gal pot she's in now. The next size up is a 5 or 7 gal.

The girl is in a 3gal Rain Science bag and has been there for a couple months. I assume the roots are not root bound around the pot like hard plastic pot.
I guess the best method would be to make sure the pot is fully watered with the water fully absorbed and no longer moving thru the media.
Evenly squish the sides and the bottom
Support the plant and flip it upside down and try to push the bottom and move the material out a little at a time.

Easy said, I dunno about doing it. Would laying the pot on it's side on a table with the plant hanging over the side and slowly roll it while compressing be a good way to get it broke loose?

This will give me 6 3gal pots and an EarthBox in a 4x4.:eyebrows::eyebrows:
