Freezing it and shattering it off the parchment works well for me as well. Like you pointed out, it does depend on the consistency...and whether I use a cold plate, directly in the freezer.....or both.

Thats what I’m saying, it doesn’t freeze and shatter. I left it in the freezer for about an hour, and it still was like thickened oil. Besides, the card method totally works just fine..
