I have an order in with POTV for the new Dynavap HyperDyn. .25g capacity all titanium, blah blah.

Almost 2 weeks ago they shipped it. Posties say they delivered it to my mailbox, but I don't have it.

POTV has agreed to replace it. Sucks for them because they did nothing wrong, but I didn't get my stuff.

Great company, I'll be ordering from them again.
