The best wok cooking is done right on the edge of too hot for the oil. I have never seen adding more cold oil to put the fire out but it obviously works. I don't usually have a big pot of oil I can ladle out a big scoop of cold oil? Outdoors who cares if you burn your wok up and the black soot won't hurt anything else either. Indoors that black soot is fucked up to clean! Using a lid the soot is instantly stopped.……that being said…. 42% of wok cooking is utilizing a grease fire to add flavor

Still fighting this shit but i had a pretty good day. My sister came over n then my cuzin and his wife too. Gettin stronger every day i think. My uncle and two of my cuzins been coming over to help move me around and chill, been pretty nice of em.
