What kind of pierogi's and what kind of pot stickers are we talking?
I could see a cheesy garlic pierogi and chorizo or steak topped stuffed crust, But make it more like a margherita pizza...

The pot stickers are mostly a pork/onion/cabbage mix. For the pierogi, I think I would go for a simple potato one. Already enough cheese on the pizza.
