Still like that in a bunch of states unfortunately. I got 9 months in jail and 4 years probation in 1998 for 0.009 grams. It was a piece of paper stuck to a roach clip in the ashtray of my car

My second arrest was for 4-5 joint roaches in a cigarette cellophane! Luckily they dropped the charges cuz my first weed arrest I hadn’t been sentenced yet so they considered me a first time offender still!
