Urine contains NPK, but it's not a balanced or proportionate amount compared to using an actual fertilizer. It also tends to be rather acidic (with a wide range,) so you'd want to buffer it out.
If you're going to attempt it, dilute it with water and pH it. Then you're left with a really weak NPK solution that you have no idea the concentration of. Congratulations. This is practically a step above dividing by zero on a calculator.
