I have only 1 recipe that calls for margarine and butter just won't do. Turkey Dressing, once a year when I make it, I buy a carton of margarine. I use 1 stick and then the other hangs out in the frig all year until it is time to make turkey dressing again. You cannot use margarine that is a year old?
