Pork "smash" burgers, I need to make my portions smaller because they really spread out when smashed thin. It really changes the flavor in a most delightful way. I started with the griddle at 425°F next time I will go 450°F for a crispier edge.

No help on the lights...and again....not scientific... But.............

Cold grown bud Tastes Best......I think it might be due purely to dissipation of the terps with the heat...but I prefer my winter grow for max Taste.

It also Feels stronger....but without science...that maybe just a brain trick because of the increased taste...

Harvests I have made in the summer months were all lower terp, It just cannot be avoided - unless you don't harvest in those months!
