@Mañ'O'Green can def explain it! Pretty sure as i thought about it (while golfing on my phone) believe its all in the method of how they process it into its final product but def beyond me and i am too stoned to be google searching atm!

Okay, so I know somewhere in here somebody's a hydro grower, got a friend of a friend looking for hydroponic nutrients as close to organic as possible for vegetable growing, anyone got any suggestions? @JM I've never used it but Advanced nutrients makes an organic line called OG organics.
