Just received a shipping notice for my mephisto CDLC! That takes care of my next grow!

Your media is not gonna go alkaline from using just normal tap water. Your water would have to be pretty whack for anything close to that happening.Do ya have a water report from your supplier?

Im using distilled water and havent watered yet, soil was prewatered by fox farm and I would call it water logged. 1.5 cubic foot bag weighed close to 65lbs

i know the valve only works with a 3x4 but this could work maybe a bit better now with 3/8 tubing instead of 1/4 more flow than in 2018?

I bet it would work. You'd probably have to trim it to fit in the tent

You could very easily trim the pvc tubing for both length and width to fit inside a 4x4 tent in less than 3 minutes!

Also just got my shipping report for my order. I ordered all strains 3 packs. Should get another 15 seeds in freebies, and who knows what else Love Mephisto!
Good luck. CDLC is an awesome strain. Grown it once before. Super frosty and very tasty stuff. Mine tasted like Grape-berry spice with a fuely aftertaste. Really good stuff.

First, it's Fox Farm. Second, I wouldn't buy/run saturated media outta the bag.
If you're growing in it now, post up/start a grow thread, not journal, probably in new grower section, and link it here. You can have the info in one place and easily refer back and communicate better.

If you have girls planted, just let it run for now. Get that thread started! There's a lot of things that needs to be discussed and it would be wasted here.
