Tired, back sore, a few beers down, a few puffs........can still feel it, but it's tolerable... @Suki813...my new roses got a lil sunburn.....not enough root structure yet, back on the shaded porch...
I had to train back one of the climbers yesterday cause it was reaching the wrong way lol. Ill have to grab a pic of the swamp rose when I go outside in a few. She's still on the patio and mostly shaded by the balcony but I think its the best spot for her till I can actually get her in the ground. Should I plan on overwintering her indoors at this point? Idk if she's gonna have enough time to establish roots whenever I've got the area ready, since I have no idea when it's gonna finally cool back off some.

I started her too deep. The seed was a little over 3 inches deep, thats why she took so long to pop up...shes getting a bit tonight. But my soil is becoming alkiline for some reason so Im gonna check it one more time tonight and maybe add a half dose of ph down. I was hoping if I let it dry out the ph would drop a bit. It is a passive intake also, plus if i were to power it i only buy components rated ipx 77 or better. Im not dealing with water damage
Ill snap a pic tonight and show you what I mean. At work till 7pm now, schedule flopped.

:rofl: I find the cheapest ones on Amazon and use those :rofl: pretty sure the last ones I got were like 15 bucks for a dozen :rofl: and I reuse them over and over for a year then throw them away. They never get washed :rofl:
100% me lol. Never empty them and I'll replace them whenever they start to decompose

Yes, definitely.. plant it out next spring and it can acclimate to the sunshine.
