Ok. Not gonna get into an argument about tomato sauce I'll let it be and not let it bother me all night

Since it's bothered me all night... here's the best I've ever found in a jar. They sell this at farm stands and some grocery stores here. By far the closest I've ever seen to homemade in a jar. Not great for braising as it breaks down but good as it gets to put over pasta real quick. Good shit

I’m thinking my scale was off when I took the first weight of wet buds. I was trying to balance and zero out the tub on scale that didn’t quite fit correctly. I’ll try to get a final weight on the buds before bag/jar if I can but looks closer to 2lbs cured now
