Hmmm….brainstorming a pizza idea for later using the meat from leftover bbq country style ribs….think I’ll make a peach garlic bbq sauce, topped with the rib meat, and diced white onions, mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses….more cheddar than moz. Might be a decent idea….
Could have used that recipe this morning @Frank the Dank . Attempted to make oil caps this morning, only to find them disintegrated moments after filling 50. Rather than throw the whole mess out, I ate half. That’s almost 10 times my usual. A lost afternoon.
