.....I don't know if you can drink on keto or not........
I Prefer Magnesium Sprays...or baths to the tablet form....just seems to Work better for me.
Have you tried coconut watter for the electrolytes..........?....it has virtually all you need for electrolytes in a glass........and it tastes Nice too....
Apart from that...how you managing on the keto......?...I've been Thinking about it for me..........
