Know how that goes Hecno, after some good rains all I hear are complaints about how water is standing in yards and not draining away.....except for mine cause I go and look after rains before I buy property...

Yeah, I went to an area I was interested that was close to a large river. The perfect time was during a 500yr flood. General area was great and I got to see how the water drained outta the field and fed the creek. I knew exactly where to make changes for better control.

If you ever decide to scout new land or curious of flooding You can use Google earth and go back to certain dates and see how it was. I do it all the time for finding fishing spots in rivers and creeks
