My floor ac was $350 for 12,000btu and seen as i got nowhere to put a tent thats near a window and even if i did $700 just to pipe air directly into tent is not happening! I will bust out zipties and attach a piece of ducting to my current ac before i pay double the cost for that feature! And mine has a dehumidifier in it that works well enough!

Right there with ya. 7 is kinda steep, but if ya factor in 3 machines it's not too bad. If multiple things can be used at one time it could be worth it. I don't have the electric to run a duhu and AC at the same time and my ac won't bring down the humidity enough so it's one or the other for me...So, two at once could work and be worth it for me at least.

You got a great deal for your 12K BTU! Just looked on the bLowes and those are close or more than $700 now!

Fyi when my floor ac is on dehumidifier setting it still blows out cold air! I realized that at 1 point when i noticed it sounded different then usual and noticed i had changed it to that setting at who knows what point and never noticed it!

Wonder if ac infinity still sponsors peeps off IG! May need to start posting on there again!
