Damn Frank, you know a helluva lot about cooking. Pro chef at some point?
Well, for a short while, to help someone out with a restaurant, but just as a favor for a year or so…..

I did go to culinary arts school after I got out of the military (Le Cordon Bleu, Scottsdale, AZ) but it’s always been more of a hobby than anything… :pass:

Just before lights on and the ending of the night cycle for the CO2 controller, the CO2 concentration was 825 ppm. It's kind of interesting that it maintained that high level after six hours of the CO2 being off. Some of the CO2 is from the decay of the organic matter in the top dressing. I just didn't think the activity was enough to keep it at that level, when my temperatures are not really that high to support a lot of biological activity. I guess it's warm enough and humid enough to support the activity.

The current two stars of the show are Asian Haze and Crazy S1. I think they are enjoying their Earthbox juniors. Here they are at first light. Doesn't look like it's going to be too much longer and both will get their first topping.

I think all girls are going to get a dose of Rootwise. All the Juniors, with the exception of Sour Stomper, will get 500 milliliters, with Sour Stomper Getting 250 milliliters, added to their reservoir to promote the root growth to the wicking areas.
The regular potted girls will get the compost and earthworm castings wetted down to promote biological activity in the top dressing area and then watered closely and deeply around the plant. Still, none of the potted will get fully watered.

This might be a good time to also hit them with a dose of foliar fed kelp.

I think the average home co2 level is around 500 or so… :pass:
