Nice Epi you got there. I got a few guitars as well… only 10 w amp unless I wanna go to the basement where the 200w PA with 1976 peavey 2x 2 12s cabinets filled with British and celestion speakers sits. I like playing loud but the basement is unfinished so the “ring” is ever present. Sound bounces everywhere! BC rich warlock, squire strat, schecter 006 elite (factory mistake ), and Washburn Nuno Bettencourt N1. A couple acoustics, a couple basses and a couple garage sale specials.Top of the day AFN!
I broke out my guitar for the first time this year last night n got baked n jammed for a couple of hours! It was great because I haven't had much time lately to play as life has been crazy busy with the house remodeling and working 2 jobs with 6 kids.

Damn Frank, you know a helluva lot about cooking. Pro chef at some point?Good morning Auntie
Looks like a tasty treat, you’ve got there
So, you could marinate that, to get it a bit more tender. Something with some acid would work well. The chewiness is the cut, really.
Be sure and be obsessive with drying the meat prior to the searing, to increase browning. Any moisture will steam the meat and inhibit the Maillard reaction….
Also…. The order for reverse searing is roast at a lower temp, rest the meat, dry, sear, short rest (2-3 minutes), serve. The rest between roasting and searing will help tenderness as well…
