I had to go out and check exactly how I did it.........

3 fingers against the stem to keep it steady...index finger under the stem where you want the bend...thumb pushes the stem over the index finger....
Do it slow and you can Feel it creaking and breaking.....so you won't go too far....until you get used to the pressure needed....

Nope, just the opposite. When the tech gets stupid, it tenses me up and almost always hits my trigger points in my spine.
I'm now pretty sure this last cycle is from the inflammation from my allergies with the pollen spike. Very lush growth for a good period, a dry spell and the pollen strikes a day after a good rain.

I do it this way…..learned it from a supercropping tutorial years ago…..works good, never snapped one yet
