CP2 harvested early, it seems the critical purple strain does not work well with my garden. This has been kind of a crappy weather summer, maybe next will be better. I’m hoping the other plants are more resistant, Chemdawg is the one I think will likely get pulled early next . Defoliated everyone to increase airflow, spread them all out as well. Maybe next year I’ll build a small greenhouse.

You seem to have a nice sunny spot. Maybe just a stick frame that you can cover to reduce the amount of rain they get and to add a shade if the need it. That and two cheap box fans might do the trick. Once in flower keeping them out of the rain helps i would think. But I’m not an outdoor grower. Do like the way they look in the sun though.

You know you can grow, now just to tame Mother Nature. There is always the farmers almanac. Lots of old timers rely on it to decide what to plant for the season. Usually a pretty good guide that gives you a good idea of the expectation for the season. Cold and dry throw the indicas out. Hot and humid go with sativas . And then decide resistance within those to acclimate to your local climates.

If you've got high rH issues, you'll need to really focus on "resistant "strains.
Most sativa strains tend to be more resistant due to their overall structure too.

Here I'm real dry May to September, and too humid September to May. My tendencies are to grow indica leaning strains in the dry months and switch to more sativa leaning in the wet.
So far I've only lost 1 in 2 years, and that was when I tried to sneak an indica thru in the winter.

And understand the broken heart. A lot of love and effort goes into each one.

Oh man that is terrible dude! I feel for you brother. To put that much care and time in a plant and then have to scrap it is the Pitts. Fingers crossed on your other babies for a successful and bountiful harvest.

That's a real bummer about the mould mate ...as stated above some strains seen to handle it better than others... @Growtogrow has some pretty helpful remedies for dealing with the terrible stuff.

So much grey mold on cp . She lost some weight today. I defoliate a bit too, trying to increase airflow, and she got moved to another spot that hopefully gets better circulation.

Bud rot is no joke.

Early detection is key.
Frequent treating with hydrogen peroxide and water mix ( h202 ) Especially when you're outside growing and the humidity is high or after a rain. treating with it everyday it helps. I use it all the time. 3 or 4 time's a week.

I just delt with the bud rot on a HSO Lemon Juice Express auto.
I mentioned you on my thread. To where and how I delt with the Bud rot and P.M..

Pouring rain, 100% humidity, 65 degrees. Rough night. Covered some of them, but by the time I got home they’re sodden, and worried my covered area will crowd them too much.

2 Quarts of 3% hydrogen peroxide or if you have. ( 34% hp 13ml ) to 1 gallon of water. Mix ( H202 ) and spray the buds real good. Get In between them real good. Spray to drench. Use right away or with in 3 hours or it go's flat and turns to water.

This will kill all the bad stuff before it gets started.
I do this after any rain that hits the plants. 3 or 4 times a week. Sometimes rather it needs it or not. The plants love the extra 02
I do light depth. My plants are 5 + weeks into flower right now. I'm dealing with one of the worst PM seasons I've seen.
I've been using many different organic treatments season.
