New Grower First grow, outdoor GCS Critical Purple Cold Weather

100% humidity, cloudy, foggy and rainy today after a driving rain yesterday. Hoping to make it through to sunny, drier, and slightly cooler weather that’s coming in a few days. Some of these girls are getting closer.

ahhhh buggs!!!!!!!!!! been dealing with them all summer. been throwing everything at them dish soap, cinamon, lavender, peppers,used coffee, planted a cover crop that was a repellent and that would bring in predator bugs,Catnip,neem oil, bat houses( bats eat bugs) the works I kill every parasite bug I find! Going to get some chickens for next year they like to ground pound the bugs!

I’ll have to tear a few pages out of your book. There’s quite a garden planted around them, with some cover and some decoys and repellents, but it’s not a concerted effort yet. It’s a learning journey.

Cp2, pale in the morning light. I’m guessing her yellowing is mostly age and pot size. Her older sister in the big pot is still mostly lush green, but she’s starting to show her age a bit too.

Sour Stomper has some weird bud structure going. Instead of growing rotund it’s like they’re getting longer but staying kind of flat and loose. I’ll try to get a better pic later, interested to see if she tightens up, I’m sure she has at least a little bulking left to do.... this is a repost of Monday’s pic.
Her lower buds look good though.

Suddenly pistils are turning brown left and right. I’m guessing it has more to do with weather than doneness, they still have some bulking to do. Even the Mephisto strains started 5/20 are showing maturing pistils. They are faster flowering, but everyone at once makes me suspect it’s environmental. Have to make it through today in the 90’s, next few days nearly 100, and then we drop to sunny and mid-low 80’s for a week.

The hairs can turn from touching them with ur fingers I never really worry about the pistol color unless it's a cool color like pink or purple cold and heat can also change them.

First off Sour Stomper, most of her trichs look cloudy to me but she’s getting at least another week. Trying to highlight her weird spacey buds in one pic.

The plants are so oily today that my fingers wouldn’t work on my phone.
