years and decades ago, People just waited as long as you can to harvest, the longer the better, full red trichomes was more common...

its a powerful difference from what you see today...step over into dreamland, late harvest borders on the psychedelic....

everyone pics for near peak THC these days, but we know thats just a very small part of the effective cannibinoids ...as the trichs turn more and more amber /red , lots of the THC is converting into CBN...and other compounds, resins and oils really start packing weight on the buds as well...and flavors get stronger...

if you never tried late harvest, give it a shot.

Stumbled upon this in an old thread. I’m curious

These look great Dude!! They look well loved and should produce a wonderful bounty! After harvesting and drying, my two critical purples produced 6.8 ounces. Not bad for an indoor cabinet grow with leds.

all of the criticial purples i've grown got yellow in the end this is what brings out the purple in its name. she is draining her neuts but give her time when she is ready the buds and stalks will turn purple. she takes a full 90 days from pre flower and gets super dense and hits heavy. I've grown 4 of them and they all produce at least 3 oz. appease fun plant and takes a long time but very yummy! a rose taste if i've ever tasted a rose! very floral and super heavy when she hits ! Growers choice is one of my favorite seed banks if you have patience speed is not a quality they carry! fat heavy buds and plants come from them! And I have nothing but time!

found grey mold inside a couple buds on a cola on Cp1. Pulled off the buds, cleaned the stem, hoping not to keep running into this. Most other plants checked out ok, still making rounds

So much grey mold on cp :(. She lost some weight today. I defoliate a bit too, trying to increase airflow, and she got moved to another spot that hopefully gets better circulation.

Cp1 has been scrapped :(. heartbreaking, she was my first plant. Worried the others will all follow :(
