Dwc,grow tent 2mx2m,600 HPS watt bulb,day temperature 30-night temperature 23,RO water(30ppm),canna aqua vega +Calmag GHE(Cal-4%,Mag-1%),cannazym,ph up.hello friends!the first time here,I ask for your help!ditch passion ultimate fem 40 days of vegetation ,the last few weeks I have been experiencing problems that I cannot solve,rusty dots appear on the leaves and the lower leaves turn brown,my tap water is 317 ppm but I use reverse osmosis with a mineralizer(29ppm)yesterday I made a new solution of ro water(29ppm)+1ml/l ghe Calmag CaO-4%,MgO-1%(260ppm total)+3.84 canna aqua vega A+B(1320ppm)+ 5 ml ph up (6ph),I use ph up because after adding fertilizers, the solution has a pH of 3.5.after adding ph up, the total ppm is 1270.after 15 hours after I checked the solution -1170 ppm and 5.6 ph,new small rusty dots appeared,I forgot to say the plant is already 7 day 12/12 dear community please help me and forgive me for mistakes English is not my native language

No idea about dwc but your ppm sounds way high, do you know the e.c.? or which ppm scale you are using?

just taking a guess, cal overdose causing lock out. Maybe just excess of something/s or everything, throwing off balance.

plants to dark green (imo), to much nutes.

I don't think it's related because your plants look they are getting nutes, but make sure ph pen calibrated, having to use so much ph up with that much nutes... something seems strange to me,

Just a guess, no idea about best e.c./ppm or ph for dwc, but if same as coco, salt soil grow, peat, i'd go 1.3ec final mix (did a quick search and it says it's the same). ~700ppm/~1.3e.c. of balanced nutes, depending on which ppm scale.

does your ph change while sitting under plant waiting to be used?

Thank you for you fast reply Peacefulgarden,I really appreciate it!i use tds 0.5 scale,so my Feeding was about 2,5 EC,my ph always falls...as you can see my girl is really big and has a very thick trunkit seem to me I just realized I overfeed ...

I imagine your ph should be more stable once less nutes in it but if it still falls noticeably you can make it a little higher than your target ph or if it rise you can make it a little lower than target ph,

careful with cal mag imo, can throw you other nutes out of optimal balance. Just my opinion, I’ve never used it.

So I made a new bucket with half RO water and half my tap water(150ppm)no CalMag this time ,only Canna Aqua A+B (750 ppm),so about 920 ppm total (a bit less than 2 EC) 5,6 ph.lets see what gonna happen ,I have never used CalMag too before this grow and everything was alright wis tap around 240 ppm.

should be interesting, I’ve never seen a plants nutes so high then dropped so much. Hope it goes well

and I don’t know anything about your nutes, and quick look at them seems weird to me, oh, just see now you are using a and b. That’s good

I personally just used something near 2-1-2, one bottle start to finish. Do you mix a and b the whole grow? In different amounts each week or so? That seems like a lot of thinking. Then again, some people have 5 or more bottles they use... mind blown

Every time I run dwc I mix my A and B part in same amount , I have about 6-8 dwc grows,but unfortunately the last one was about 2,5 years ago and it seems to me I forgot my experience,tbh I always use Canna Aqua since my first dwc grow and never had such mindblowing issues with my plants

Yeah, I was reading about your nutes on amazon and it says 'always use parts a and b in same amount'. So I posted a question asking why they don't just put them in one bottle, lol.

I feel your pain, but I think I feel it more. I took some time off growing and been fucking up plants for nearly 4 months now. I can't even remeber, probably because it doesn't even make sense but it's mostly from one ph pen going out, then another giving me bad readings. My mind is also blown, but I'm just about back on track myself as well.

Also, is that a photo period and if so how long did you veg? nice trunk lol
