So turns out I was right, P deficiency with an unusual presentation. Thanks to @Waira for weighing in with some info over in the Infirmary. Should have acted on it sooner, but now I know and have started Thing 1 on her usual feed + KoolBloom powder, and Thing 3 on her usual feed + liquid KoolBloom. So far it looks like the problem has stopped in Thing 1, and we'll see in a few days how it goes with Thing 3.

Yeah, I guess it is just stunted - there's one fan leaf that looks to have a teensy bit of chlorosis on the outer edges but other than that I can't find any signs of disease/deficiency. There looks to be some algal growth inside the bucket but from what I've read that's not necessarily a terrible thing. The only thing I can think of that I might have done is that I planted it in the Growstones the same day it broke the surface of the rockwool, but how that would cause it to stunt is beyond me. Oh well. It's definitely small, but it is starting to flower so at least I'll get something from it.

Maybe, but she definitely did just fine. Took her a minute to get going but she's taller than Thing 1 by a *long* shot. Take a sec and check out post [HASHTAG]#44[/HASHTAG] to see her now. It's been interesting to have both phenotypes going at once - I'm really curious to see how different they are in terms of smoke.

Day 35 for Thing 3. She's cruising along nicely, nothing major to report. Drinking about 18-20oz a day. Noticed a little bit of what I think is bleaching on the very tip-top set of leaves/bud site, so I moved the light over her as far as it'll go. I really, really love easily adjusted these autocobs are.

Day 42 for Thing 3. I think she's mostly stabilized from the little P-related tantrum she decided to throw to match Thing 1's issues. I started her on 5ml of liquid KoolBloom along with her usual nutes and so far that looks to have done the trick. I'll know for sure in another couple days, but in the meantime she's starting to throw pistils and put a little bud on for me. Other than that, same old same old!

Day 57 for Thing 1. I trimmed a few of the larger fan leaves that were most heavily affected by the deficiency, just to get a little more light down to the smaller bud sites. The fan leaves likely weren't providing much energy anyway. The 11th will be day 60 for her and I'll be stopping her nutes and she'll be down to plain water for five days, then giving her the chop. I still haven't quite mastered the scope I have to check the trichs, but from what I can see they're mostly cloudy, so I'm ok with chopping her in about a week. I'll be harvesting future DG's at 70 & 75 days and keeping notes as to which I like best, in case my trichome-fu doesn't improve much, lol.

So here she is at day 57:

As for Thing 3, she's definitely still having problems. She's on the baseline nutes plus 5ml liquid KoolBloom and still having the same issues that Thing 1 did. I need to make up a fresh gallon for her tonight and I'll be bumping the liquid KB up to 10ml. Hopefully that'll turn things around, because she's looking to be a really nice producer, but her leaves are definitely taking a hit from this deficiency bullshit.

Nah. I just keep forgetting to do it/I thought it had levelled out. I'm waiting on some more PH calibration fluid anyway - my meter should still be fine, but I figure I might as well wait and do it all at once, ya know?

If it helps any I have a journal from a few months ago on here. I grew a Heisenberg special and 3bear OG and my issues were similar to yours. Once flowering hit my leaves would go to shit. I went back and forth confusing the issues with deficiencies but it was PH swings all the way. Once ph stabilized everything grew normal. The HS was too far along but 3BOG ended up having a healthy finish. I would post the link but I'm posting from my phone.
