Mephisto Genetics Double Grape & Autocobs, Hooray!

If it helps any I have a journal from a few months ago on here. I grew a Heisenberg special and 3bear OG and my issues were similar to yours. Once flowering hit my leaves would go to shit. I went back and forth confusing the issues with deficiencies but it was PH swings all the way. Once ph stabilized everything grew normal. The HS was too far along but 3BOG ended up having a healthy finish. I would post the link but I'm posting from my phone.

Right on. I'll check it out in a bit, thanks. I haven't calibrated in a bit but everything's been reading the way it usually does, so I hope it isn't that but who knows... My new calibration fluid should be here on the 11th, so I guess we'll see! About half the leaves on Thing 3 are affected so I can only guess how much that's gonna slow her down, guh. At least Thing 1 looks pretty good.

I have personally found PH issues are the killer! Especially when you are giving them nutrients.

I could be wrong but even if your meter isnt accurately calibrated you still may be able to determine if what is going in is the same going out. If there is more than .2-.4 difference something may be off in the root zone

Yeah, that's true. Hopefully I'll be able to get things checked out more tomorrow. The way my back has been lately I've been avoiding lifting stuff at all costs. Might have to call in the wifey to do the heavy work, lol.

Day 49 for Thing 3. She's hanging in there! She might look pretty haggard but the extra P/K seem to be helping her. I've got her on the base nutes plus 10ml liquid KB and a full dose of dry KB and the yellowing/curling appear to have quit. Hopefully I'll start seeing more bud stacking - looks like a really nice, productive plant if all goes well from here on out.

Other than that, Thing 1 is on water only since yesterday. That'll continue til the 16th - chop day. I am very excited - she's fattened up nicely, and I'm very curious to see what kinda weight I get from her.

Thing one is a big fat nug!

Right? I'm so, so ready to harvest. I can't wait to see her after a little defoliation. There's a couple spots where the main cola didn't fully fill in, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna complain about it, lol. I checked the trichs just now and they appear to be 100% milky, so I feel alright keeping with the plan to harvest at 65 days. I'll take the next Indica-dominant one I grow at 70 days, then 75, etc and see where I like it best. And I'm already thinking about the brownies I'm gonna be making with the trim, lol. The frost is absolutely bananas. :woohoo1:

Alright, today was the day for Thing 1. Was gonna chop her tomorrow but for reasons outside of my control (three cheers for family drama screwing up plans!) I needed to bump things up a day. What can ya do.

Anyway - Today was Day 64 & to the best of my observation with my shitty, tiny scope the trichs appear to be 90-100% cloudy. This pheno was a breeze to trim - I didn't do any training and the lower third did get kinda close, but there was hardly any popcorn and the bud to leaf ratio is very, very good and the resin is *plentiful*. I topped a small bowl of my blue dream with a tiny ball of scissor hash after I was done trimming. An hour or so later I momentarily forgot how to get out of my lazy-boy when the delivery guy showed up with dinner. Still pretty chilled out, lol. I'm really looking forward to trying more with a little cure time on it.

Thanks to everyone for stopping by! :thanks:

Especially big thanks to @BigSm0 for the kick-ass lighting, @mephisto for the frosty-as-fuck genetics, and @Waira for helping me nail down wtf was going on with the deficiency silliness. I'll update with a final weight once she's dried and ready for curing.
