some claim it does, I say its debatable. I ran one one grow.

And that does what in turn? Make bigger plants?

In my own experience, 3 grows, I see the ladies "lift off" when the air domes are turned on. Or is it when I am all lite up? I use them as part of my grow, an important part. You can look at my current grow and see the growth spurt once they are turned on.

I thought about it, but I don't think I want the added noise of the compressor. Besides, I only have about 42" vertically and the autopots alone make my plants almost too big for my space

Yes, the noise was part of my not using them again. To me, it also detracts from the simplicity of the auto pots, the pump adds heat and adds to power consumption.

Maybe they are worth using, but it just doesn't fit my style is all.

Why are we advised to not add air stones to the res?
I feel like I was told not to. And a reason why .
But can't for the life of me come up with a reason?

Here's the update!
The purple gorilla is still struggling from the damage done from the gnat larvae.
The cookies is looking great. And the Panama clones are getting close to getting hooked up to the res as well
