Oh boy I think I love these things!

I have been running the reservoir since day7 or 8. I have been using Dutch Pro soil regimen.
The plants are Alf#5 regular. Today is day 18.

I'm sure this has been asked but I cant find it. When putting the valves in the tray, does the half circle on the valve body snap down over the T in the bottom of the tray? Mine did not seem to want to fit and I didn't try to force it last night.

So you think there is enough tap root this early? I would love to turn mine on!

You are correct. The valve will fit snug. Just try to put it over the T straight down. If the valve is not level it will be harder to push it over the T.

A rule of thumb (from Hansbrick) is to have the leaves just about touching the sides of the pot. When this happens it is ready for the rez and air domes (if you are using them). When this happens they are ready for the real growth .

I would wait a few days for the six-shooter, it is almost ready. Your other two can wait. On some I wait for 3 weeks as the ladies are not ready. It all depends if the leaves are almost touching the sides or real close.

This was day 20 for my last grow

Well I took a shot. Based on what the breeder said and how fast they were going we thought it would be safe. I’ll find a picture from that date and see what they look like. Obviously they liked it!

Thanks! I wasn't in the mood to mess with them last night. I really appreciate the help. I'm at 11 days, was hoping to save my grow buddy some work. I will wait a bit longer.

Mine were slowed by having the light too high the first several days above ground. The taps do grow fast, I may turn them on the first part of next week.
