I’m late to the party. What’s Blue Dragon? New project or OG stock?
I've tried under canopy years ago with fluorescent bulbs. I personally didn't see that much of an improvement to continue with it.

The Scorpion Diablo is a awesome light!! Trust me you can run it at whatever height you want really. These Mephisto CDLC was good at 20" in flower and not full power. (590 watts) she will put out 675. I am sure the 650R will perform awesome as well. I own a 350R and run it in a 3x5 closet. It flat out performs as wellI looked at that one….couldn’t really decide between the two. I sorta like the 650r because it’s not designed to be hung as low…. I thought that might give me some play since I rarely have an even canopy…(ei; right now I’ve got one plant about six feet tall, and three plants that aren’t over three)…
