Photoperiod WVR's Photo Grow

If done slowly no.. These plants are amazing bro! What till you start super cropping my friend

Very nice WVR, those two girls look awesome.
There are tons of good info on youtube about supercropping check out some of the subcool stuff and School of Dank.
It's amazing what you can put photos through as far as abuse like supercropping compared to autos.
I'm going back to the first post and giving her a read. Looking forward to it. Finally sub'd up

Sounds good Dub! Looks like I got research to do tonight about supercropping! Killa is supercropping his BTOG's and they look amazing so I need to get to it tomorrow!

Hey Robwars!! Thanks for coming through Bro! :smokebuds: I appreciate your kind words and info! I'll do that (youtube Subcool search). If you like those 2 you should see their 3 sisters! The 5 of 'em are so damn big I had to split them up into two closets! LOL

OK so I've been reading on Supercropping and it's confusing me. There's 5 different ways to Supercrop huh? I found Subcool's channel but no Supercropping one. I dunno lol Maybe I'll just ask Killa how he's doing it...

lets start w/ what is confusing to you friend?

Hey SativaLover! What's confusing is the 5 different ways... Is one way better than another? Basically, what's the best way for a 7-8 week old plant a week into flowering...

i prefer before flowering to not give more stress but the idea basically to others that read is squeezing branch that is overgrowing canopy(could be done on any part even the lower main stem if one desired) then after you feel the fiber mushing release and rotate fingers 180 from squeeze point and repeat to same effect
you can also do this and a bend plant stem for taller branch to lower canopy do not snap just bend enough you feel the outside layer of branch snap but not the inside of the branch..
this will be understood once you try to pinch and feel the snap
splitting w/ the grain of the plant is ok and will repair if inner shoot isn't severed snap across the stem could break off branch if done to hard and during flowering the stems tend to sorta harden off more than in veg
basic point is a kin to lst but will encourage "elbows" at "break sites" and these elbows will be stronger than a normal lst stem would be

if done in veg the once verticle "cola" type branch will be horizontal and even w/ canopy so light can be lowered
once this horizontal stem is left to grow (sometimes it still needs weighted or will grow verticle) the bud sites will be encouraged to grow as primary growth shoots as opposed to secondary ones then they will be tops as opposed to lower or side growth)
this is a way to even out canopy to encourage more "tops"
will post more tomorrow but right now went to hog roast and drank way more than i ever do so half crocked right now

Gotcha SL. Thanks for all the information and takin' the time to post it all... I haven't decided if I want to LST or Supercrop them... Depends on which is best at this point. Seems if I were to do this it's best done a few weeks into veg not flowering. Thanks again!

Killa! Thanks for stoppin' in my Man! Thanks very much!

Noods! You're too kind bro! I'm grinnin' from ear to ear! Your comments always warm the soul! :smokebuds: And thanks for the +rep!
GoAuto6 I use 44oz styro foam cups to give me extra room and time. I tier into 1 Gallon Grow Bags so they are started in 44oz and tiered into 1 gallon grow bags. In your situation, with the 16 oz cups, I would tier them within a week to 10 days... You don't have that much room (as far as the roots going down and to the sides) in a 16 oz cup so you would need to get them tiered quickly to avoid stunting them. FullDuplex rule of thumb I believe is once the first set of true leaves reaches the sides of the cup tier it.

Mine were all tiered at 14 days. The roots hadn't reached the bottom of the cups and that's ideal. You want them to explode after tiering with all the new room. Wait too long and you'll most likely stunt them. I know from experience! LOL

I'll help anyway I can man! Best of luck to you! Do you have a thread going?

Thanks again everyone! :smokebuds:

Hey... Who can help me with LST? LOL My one Buckeye is getting too tall for the closet... Can I tie her down now or is it too late? And what's the best way? I have string of all kinds. Thickness and such. I'll picture her later when she gets fed...

so if i were to use 44 oz cups would i be able to wait till they show sex

Hey Buds!

I'm on my 3rd grow of Autos and tried some bag seed photos a few years back and I really don't remember all the details of growing photos... These are my questions...

1) I plan on starting/vegging them with my autos under a 400W HPS under 20/4 light regimen. Do I wait for the 4th set of nodes and then put them to 12/12?

2) When do you start feeding photos?

3) How long does it typically take to finish a photo from start to finish? How many months/weeks or whatever...?

I have accumulated some interesting strains in the last few years and I'd love to try them. Some I got free from orders and some I got lucky and found some in my "sinsemilla"... Here's what I got...

2 Fem Burmese Kush
2 Reg Big Bud #1
4 Reg of this Mystery Kush which was the best shit I've ever smoked.
More than 10 Reg Bubblegum
13 Reg Lemon Skunk
10 Reg Thai Skunk x Haze
10 Colombian Red Haze
More than 10 Orange Krush (an old favorite!! The Frostiest Bud I've ever SEEN!!)

I would like to start with the Fem Burmese Kush and some Orange Krush. Any advice would be great buds. I REALLY appreciate all your help!

with photos they wont flower till they reach sexual maturity, and the way to tell when that is, is when they start getting alternating nodes(meaning the leaf nodes alter sides instead of being in the same place as the oposit side). and they will want to stretch when you flip them usually like two thirds there hight. you can start feeding veg nutes at about the 4th to 5th node half stregth of course jut wath them they will tell you what they want.as far as how long that depends on the strain, for instant some sativas will go 160 days fromflower, and some indigas will go 45 days from flower ,its all from flower not from whene they sprout like autos
