Yup exactly! Looks reddish or brown n move fairly quick! Tried to get a pic n then zoom in m screenshot it or I’d never have got a pic of 1 if I tried zooming in 1st and then chasing em! Looks kinda like they have a white spot on their back when I caught pic with the flash on! Didn’t look like there was tons but def few on each side where it makes like a shelf inside from where the outside handles are! Pulled the newspaper scraps and some old excessive straw and put lil coco down to wick some moisture up! Then for this feed I just pulled some of the old broken down straw where I got it moist and tied it into a trash bag so didn’t take months breaking down using as mulch!

So far so good and seemed to work cuz if I pull lil back there def super active just below the surface!

Also I don’t see no yellow tails so hopefully got the moisture closer to where it should be! Once it’s not giving me issues should I tear another piece of cardboard off to put over the top of them inside my tote? And as always:thanks:

Thanks Brah! I'll probably just what I need for the one pot and pay the freight. If it works out well-which I think it will, I'll Buildamysoil. I see a normal veggy garden in my future to justify all this stuff bein around. The boss/landlord knows I used to cook on commercial ships so it shouldn't be much of a surprise.

White Crack is done ...... Looks to be a fair harvest ..... Super super sticky - Smoked a small bottom bud and what a sweet taste, good buzz and I’m looking forward a month or two to some nicely cured bud ...... Next I’ll cut and hang to dry, super low humidity with 70 degree temp for a day or so and then I will bring up humidity so as to slower dry her out - pleased with the strain and next grow I’ll improve and use a larger container for her - She is just a little big for the Junior - City Picker or an Original Earthbox would be as @FishWizard might say - the Cat’s Meow - hey fish thought I would post a pic of my pup - he likes cats and actually will bow down to them - we love them so much!

Hes a handsome devil. If we had the time to have a dog we would. Not fair if you can't devote the proper time and attention they need. We had a pug who's since passed, but she and I would swim in the pool of our old home everyday after work. By the end of summer she would turn green from the chlorine. They are certainly a gift.

The adult dog is a beaut. Pups are great too.

:thanks:

Mom thinks he is a beautiful boy - Myself I think, a handsome young man - we bicker over who’s right - Now I’m going to add in - He’s a handsome devil to help my case .... After 47 years maybe we can share a common ground!:pighug:

Curious as to the holes in the soil holder and if you get any dirt falling through? I was thinking of using window screen on mine

Yes I did in this grow but not so much on previous grow but soil mix can make a difference and I’m sure Earthbox knows this and would address if an issue - having said that I’ve read on the net about nutrients being washed down into the reservoir and creating issues so it seems soil going thru screen might be a contributing factor .....

In a quandary and not sure on whether to add some sort of screening as I see worms working done below the screen and they look healthy ..... I might try some landscape fabric myself next go around ....... I suppose it shouldn’t hurt in theory and knowing I had a few completed grows with minimal soil in the tank leads me to think it would be okay but then comes the issue of air - but how can air enter if soil is solid top to bottom - think I talked myself into trying - might add air stone in reservoir knowing limited soil could get thru ......

Some pics of the tear down - btw I’m reusing grow soil in vegetable grow area, note mulch on garden bed in the pics, mulch, mulch and more mulch has treated my garden right since I started doing in the Carter Era!

As you check out pics, note the lack of a major tap root - rather we see thousands of tiny feeder roots thru entire soil system - No roots circling the pot, just tens of thousands of feeder roots - entire root system is like it was pruned - the root system I attribute to RootMaker Seedling Pots ..... @slowandeasy it will be interesting with direct plant girls to see pics of their root system. Peace always, MOB
