Poor gals... Its oppressive heat for sure.. My lights are off 6 hours over the hottest bit if the day but its not getting much cooler at night when they are on..... Luckily that hgl gives off vertually no heat at the level it's set at :smoking:

Ive been running these ones 24/7
Dark period will be introduced today hopefully that should help
Was tryna make them grow that bit faster lol
Growing under a tin roof ain't an easy task on scorching days.

Where my tent lives is basically the same as the hot box they put Alec Guinness in, in bridge over the river kwai but I've got nowhere else to put it..
Heres my Jerry rigged cooler to cool the air going into the bucket and I have to sling a ph'd ice lump in every couple of hours. Poor things just stopped growing and I nipped some dead lower leaves off... Its just unfortunate that I had some used commercial size box fans and ducting lined up stupid cheap but I had to spend the money put aside on regular shit lol

Shite luck just m8 starting your DWC a week or so before a freak UK heat wave!! Hope you can keep her happy.

My coco nutes are arriving tomorrow just in time for my SS White widow to get solo cupped in coco.. shes broke the starter cube this morning woohoo.. great start to the day seeing that little disturbance on the cube where she's pushing up the little bits I plugged the hole with.. checked her as soon as I opened my eyes and fought the wee dog off a severe face licking session.. her licking my face rather than the other way round for a change hahahhaha the beans are in a lunchbox on a heat mat plugged in right beside my bed lol gotta keep them babies close

Anyone need their face washed??

Hmmmmmm go careful changing the light hours now they are flowering mate.... The heat stress plus over water plus light change could set off hermies... All of which are potential hermie causes on there own.. So all at once might be asking for trouble mate

Not 1 hermie or seed outa 17 plants, but I better not test my luck tho

Only takes 1 mate... I lost a full 16 plant grow from 1 hermie lol

Have the extraction and filter installed now, next I'm gona drill holes along the inside on the back step.

Gona try put a 250w HPS in there but that's being optimistic lol

Kept these 2 shed plants in there last night to see how they would do, looking forward to growing 1 plant in there using the drawer as a pot, gona try get a duel spec Cfl that will fit, the big blue Cfl dont fit lol
