Lighting The new DIY Section

People “love” lighting, nutrients, pots or whatever and never do the necessary side by side grows. After my first cob grow I knew they were special. Not until I had lb’s stacked up did I love them. Honestly I’m still surprised with every grow.

These still have time left to fatten up. Probably 2-3 weeks. Up until a week ago it was at 11 watts per square foot! I’m now at 15 watts per square foot.
8 plants total in a 4x10 space. 450 watts cost me hardly anything to run. Even now at 600 watts.

Not to impressed with these 3 on the left side. Very small plants. Maybe 3-4oz on each of them. More upset it will hurt the average.

Not sure how you would fit them inside a panel.

Unfortunately there is no way around the wires. You can stick a driver on each, or you can run wires to each. No getting around that.

Yes I need me a meanwell driver a buddy to me get one and I could run up to 12 lights from it of I needed to but I'm only going use 6 so what size would u recommend..I'm going try get away from running so many wires.is all I'm trying do I guess I'll just have to zip tie them up out of the way..But I can tell a big difference in the size of the plants using cobs over LED and I think that they veg a little longer under the cobs maybe I'm crazy but don't think so on this one.

I prefer the citizens over the cree 3590’s myself. I’m running the 50v 1812 citizens. For the cree’s a hlg-185-1400 would run 4 wired in series. For veg and flower the 3500k seems to be the best fit. As for cri it is impossible to see any noticeable difference between the two. Buuuut there was one grow where the guy did substantially better with the 90 cri so that’s what everyone wants now.
