Quick update. Day 28 & d 31
On veg nutes. P.h 6.2-6.4, E.c 1.8 there abouts.
Putting their stretch on. Think they'll be bushy little monsters. Seem to be doing well with the 12/1 light cycle and like high heat 90+º seems to help them stretch.

Girls are plugging along. I really really hope they put on some stretch. I'll get some pics this weekend. Their only about 9 inches tall. The glr may not be their favorite light regime. But they still got time. Switching to transition nutes here very soon.

Day 35 for ice cool # 1 & 38 for # 2
Th ey are putting on the stretch. Well the main is. Looking a lot like the dark devil I have going.
Glr style is definitely prducing different gene expression. They girls are on transition feeding schedule now.

Girls have started the night cycle of the g.l.r on day 42/39. Bout 6 weeks in.
So 11/13 I will be lowering the day light hours 1 half hour every 2 weeks until I hit 9/15.
They have one more rez of transition nutes left then on to full flower nutes.
I have installed the side lighting in addition to top down lighting. They are getting taller, now lets see if the side branches stretch some. I'll get some newer pics up later today.

The secondaries staying pretty squat could be genetic. I was skeptical on the lower light hours but It depends on the end product really.. this light schedule is more natural I think so it could ripen up differently.. we'll see still a a while to go.

The light regimen definitely forced/incouraged them to show sex, females of course, early as all get out. I do think some strains, the blue cheese for example, seems to not be bothered by it at all. But these sweet little ice cools may be slowed/stunted by it. We shall see when the grow is all done. Wish I hadn't had one die early on. Then I could grow it outside and compare. If its a hit I may just have to acquire some more.
